AI for business

AI that takes work off your plate instead of adding one more tool to babysit

Bringing AI into your business doesn’t have to mean turning the whole company upside down. All it takes is connecting the tools you already use, handing the routine to automations, and putting your company’s know-how in one place. That’s exactly what I build for smaller businesses and entrepreneurs. I’m Honza Šilar, and I specialize in GoHighLevel and AI for business.

What I’ll build for you

Six things I hand over to AI and automation

I build each one on tools that have proven themselves for years, so there’s no experimenting on your live operations.

Connecting your tools

Email marketing, CRM, invoices, spreadsheets, forms, and WhatsApp. I connect them through Make.com or n8n so they pass data to each other on their own.

Process automation

From the first inquiry to the invoicing paperwork. Whatever repeats in your business can be described, and whatever can be described will run on its own.

Marketing automation

Campaigns, follow-ups, and segmentation that look after themselves. Each client gets the right message at the right time, without anyone sending it by hand.

Knowledge bases and company wikis

Your company’s know-how in one place, clear and easy to search. A “company Wikipedia” that AI can read, too, and use to answer for you.

Chatbots

A bot connected to your knowledge base gives clients straight answers, even at night, and whatever it can’t solve on its own, it hands over to you in the morning.

A modern website built with AI

A site built with AI and fine-tuned by a human: fast on mobile, easy on the eyes, and connected to your systems. That’s exactly how this one was made.

Automation

Automated invoicing

Never write an invoice by hand again.

You invoice the whole month with a single sentence. It even finds work you forgot about and keeps track of who still hasn’t paid you.

AI Team: five agents for your company

A CEO, CMO, CSO, COO, and CTO: five AI agents on the OpenClaw platform (an environment where agents talk to each other), running on your own server and working together as a team. As a Success Manager, I guide companies through rolling them out.

  • your own isolated server: your data stays with you
  • a 7-week program: from setup to everyday use
  • connections to Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and OpenRouter
  • a human always oversees the AI employee; for high-risk uses the EU AI Act requires it too

How to bring AI into a business

How I’ll bring AI into your business

Instead of overhauling the whole company, we start with one measurable step: first a pilot on a single routine task, then we build a process from it, and only after that the full AI Team. Four steps from idea to a running system, without big words or inflated promises.

Consultation

We go through what you do by hand and what slows you down the most. Free, with no obligation.

Proposal

You get a concrete plan: what I’ll build, how it will work, and what it will cost.

Rollout

I build it, connect it, and test it on real data. You see the results as we go.

Handover

I train you or your team and hand over the documentation. The system is yours: you don’t depend on me.

Pricing depends on scope: roughly €80–160 per hour of work. You’ll get exact figures in the proposal after our consultation.

FAQ

AI for business: the questions I get most

Short answers to what I hear most often when a business is thinking about AI.

How can I use AI in my business?
The quickest wins come where work repeats: connecting your tools, automating admin and marketing, a chatbot for common questions, or a knowledge base that AI uses to answer for you. The goal is to put AI where it saves the most time, not everywhere. Pick one specific routine task and measure what it gives back.
How do I implement AI in my business?
Step by step, and in a way you can measure. First we pick one routine task to test AI on, then we build a process from the working pilot, and only then do we add more agents and the full AI Team. Every step can be evaluated, so you pay for results, not promises.
What can AI actually do in a business?
It connects your tools so they pass data to each other on their own, handles repetitive admin, answers customers in Czech through a chatbot, and keeps track of follow-ups. It can summarize a meeting, prepare invoicing paperwork, and read from your company knowledge base to answer from verified facts. It doesn’t replace people. It takes the routine off their hands.
What is an AI employee or an AI assistant?
An AI assistant is a tool that handles a specific task when you ask: it writes a message, finds an answer, prepares a document. An AI employee goes further. It’s an agent with its own role (a CMO or COO, for example) that runs on its own and works with other agents on a team. But a human always sets the direction and has the final say.
Is AI a good fit for small businesses?
Yes, and that’s often where it pays off most: a small team burns the most time on routine work that AI can take over. You don’t need to buy expensive systems. Usually it’s enough to connect the tools you already have. Start with the one thing that slows you down the most, and expand once it proves itself.
Does AI in a business need human oversight?
Yes. With AI employees and automations alike, a human stays in an oversight role, approves sensitive steps, and has the final say. Human oversight is my rule, and for high-risk systems the EU AI Act requires it outright. That’s why I build systems so the output can be checked before it goes out.

Start with a small step

Which routine task bugs you the most?

Send it my way. In a consultation, I’ll tell you whether it can be automated, with what, and whether it’s worth it.
