What I’ll build, set up, teach, and manage for you

I’m Honza Šilar, and this is everything I offer, on one page: 77 specific things in eight categories, grouped by what I’d do with them. It’s not a price list or a set of packages. Pick just one item if you like, and we’ll start there.

Complete catalog

Eight categories, one list

Each category has a short intro and a link to a page with more detail. If something’s missing from the list, let me know. The list grows based on what people actually ask for.

01

Build

Things you don’t have yet. Once they’re live, they run on their own and stay yours.

More on AI for business

  • Chatbot built on your knowledge base. It answers customers from your own materials instead of making things up, on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.
  • Voice AI that answers the phone. It finds out what the caller needs and creates a contact in your CRM on the spot.
  • Company knowledge base. One place that AI can answer from, and so can a new colleague on their very first day.
  • Website and sales funnel. Fast on mobile, connected to your systems, and with no monthly fee for someone else’s site builder.
  • Partner and affiliate system. The referral code is tracked from the first click all the way to the issued invoice.
  • Invoicing records that write themselves. They’re pulled from hours worked and meeting records, so you don’t have to hunt them down.
  • Custom internal apps. Dashboards, approvals, or a small CRM of your own, built around exactly how you operate.
  • Autonomous publishing system. Content gets written, scheduled, and published to your blog and social media. All you do is approve it.
  • Follow-up system. It nudges clients who’ve gone quiet and stops by itself the moment they reply.
  • Scored quiz instead of a form. It collects contacts and sorts them right away by what each person needs.
  • Client approval portal. Your client signs off on copy, graphics, and prices with a click, so you always know where you stand.
  • Lead magnet from idea to landing page. The content, the finished PDF, the sales page, and the thank-you page: the whole package in one go.

02

Set up

Platforms that already exist and need someone to put them together, in Czech.

More on GoHighLevel

  • Turnkey GoHighLevel. Sub-accounts, sales pipelines, calendars, forms, automations, and user permissions.
  • Your whole platform in Czech for customers. Emails, pages, forms, calendars, and the chatbot in Czech, even though the admin runs in English.
  • White-label SaaS under your brand. Your own domain, pricing, and onboarding, where your clients never run into anyone else’s brand.
  • Starter kit for new clients. A new account is up and running in an hour instead of a week, and exactly the same way every time.
  • AI features right inside your CRM. Conversation and voice agents, written in Czech and trained on how your business runs.
  • Email deliverability. Sending-domain verification, signatures, and a gradual warm-up, so your email doesn’t land in spam.
  • WhatsApp Business through the official API. Including approved templates, so you can message people outside the customer service window, too.
  • Online courses and memberships. A branded space, including payments, access, and student records.
  • Tracking that holds up to scrutiny. Analytics, consent, and a GDPR-compliant cookie banner, designed to match your brand.
  • Booking calendars. Groups, resources, reminders, and a connection to your email, so appointments never clash.
  • Ad accounts and conversion tracking. Meta, Google, Sklik (a Czech search ad network), LinkedIn, and TikTok, set up so the numbers actually add up.
  • Registry of automations and tags. An overview of what each one triggers and what breaks if someone switches it off.

03

Connect

Tools you already have that don’t know about each other yet. Once connected, they pass data back and forth on their own.

Examples of connected systems

  • Tools that don’t talk to each other today. Your email marketing, CRM, invoices, forms, spreadsheets, and chat start passing data along by themselves.
  • Orders, from form to invoice. Payment, receipt, and product access all happen without a single manual step.
  • Email marketing tool and CRM. Data flows both ways, and neither side overwrites the other.
  • Your own system and AI. AI reads the data straight from the source, so it doesn’t make anything up and nobody copies data by hand.
  • Time tracking, meetings, and invoicing. One chain from the time tracker to the invoice, so your client can see what they’re paying for.
  • Online store, inventory, or bookings. I connect them to whatever else runs in your business, so stock levels and orders match up.
  • Ad data and CRM. You see what an actual customer costs, not what a click costs.
  • Safe gateway to your live system. It lets writes through only where they belong, and by default it runs in dry-run mode only.
  • Anything with a public API. If it doesn’t have one, I’ll find a workaround, or tell you right away that it isn’t worth it.

04

Migrate

Moving from an old system to a new one without losing anything along the way.

More on GoHighLevel

  • From ten tools to one platform. Contacts, history, calendars, and automations all move under one roof.
  • From an email marketing tool to a CRM. Without losing consents, segments, or open history.
  • From a paid automation platform to your own server. Worth it once you’re paying more for the number of steps than for the work itself.
  • From your old website to a new one. Including redirects, so you don’t lose your search rankings.
  • Course library to a new platform. Hundreds of lessons with their attachments, plus a clear decision on what moves over and what gets archived.
  • Domain and email records. A move that doesn’t cut off your email. That’s exactly where these moves usually break.
  • Content in multiple languages. In subfolders of one domain, so your site’s authority isn’t split across several addresses.

05

Teach

I train on your real tasks, not on practice exercises from a slide deck.

More on Claude training

  • 1:1 Claude setup. On your computer, with your own tasks: Projects, skills, and connections to your tools.
  • Claude and Claude Code from scratch. One-on-one or for your whole team, online or in person, always using your real work.
  • Your own instructions for AI. Your team writes them, so AI does the work your way, not some generic way.
  • Connecting AI to your tools. AI reads data at the source instead of making it up.
  • Working safely with AI. What should never go into it, what gets logged, and where the line is with client data.
  • How to spot machine-written text. The specific tells customers pick up on, and what to do about them.
  • Your AI bill under control. Where the money usually leaks and how to cut costs without losing quality.
  • Handing a system over. When a vendor leaves, the business doesn’t grind to a halt, and nobody has to work out where things even start.
  • Internal video tutorials in Czech. I record them for you, so training a new person doesn’t cost you your time every single time.
  • Operations documentation. Written so that even someone who wasn’t around for the rollout can find their way.

06

Manage

Launch is only the start. This is what keeps running afterward, so the system doesn’t fall apart on its own.

How we’d work together

  • CRM operations and development. Changes, new campaigns, and more users, without needing someone on staff for it.
  • Monitoring your automations. So they don’t quietly break and you don’t first hear about it from an angry customer.
  • Knowledge base updates. Your chatbot answers with today’s information, not last year’s.
  • Hosting, domains, and website deployment. With backups and a way back if a new version goes wrong.
  • Your own automation server. Operations, backups, and certificates, for when you don’t want to pay per step.
  • Daily ad checks. Whatever just burns money gets switched off, and the budget moves to what’s earning.
  • Overnight routines. They run while you sleep, and in the morning a finished report is waiting on your desk.
  • Change watchers. They notice when someone has touched the system without telling anyone, before it does any damage.

07

Measure

Numbers turned into sentences you can make decisions with. Not another spreadsheet to pore over.

Articles on tracking and data

  • Where your customers come from. Which channel pays off and which one only looks like it’s bringing something in.
  • What people search for vs. what you show them. The gap between the two, and a concrete list of what to add to your website.
  • Website traffic explained in plain English. A short summary and interpretation you can act on right away.
  • Numbers from every social network in one place. One overview where you can compare channels side by side for the first time.
  • Which post brought in leads. Not which one got the most likes.
  • Page conversion audit. From the first section to the button, with fixes ranked by their impact on revenue.
  • Cost per customer from ads. Calculated all the way to the closed deal, not just to the submitted form.
  • Reactions to price and messaging, in advance. Tested on a simulated audience before your first real customer sees it.
  • Pre-launch website check. Tracking, indexing, and redirects all get checked before your site goes live.

08

Create

Content and documents that look like they came from you, done faster than you could brief them.

Examples on the blog

  • Copy that doesn’t sound machine-made. Articles and posts in natural Czech that your customers can’t tell apart from your own.
  • Foreign-language versions written in the target language. In English, Polish, or Spanish, not translated from Czech.
  • Your videos in other languages. In your own voice and with matching lip movements, so it doesn’t come across as dubbing.
  • Short videos for social media. Characters and settings look the same every time, because their look is locked in.
  • Transcription right on your computer. Sensitive meetings never leave your machine, and transcription doesn’t cost you a cent extra.
  • Charts and infographics in your color palette. Ready to drop straight into an article, a proposal, or a presentation.
  • Presentations that don’t fall apart. They open in a browser, work on a phone or a projector, and don’t need any third-party app.
  • Premium branded PDFs. Proposals, guides, fact sheets, and cheat sheets you won’t think twice about sending.
  • Process diagrams as images. Architecture or workflows explained so that even a non-technical person gets it.
  • Tagged archive of photos and graphics. You find images by what’s in them, not by file name.

What I build with

Tools I work with every day

I choose based on what you already have, not on what I’d like to sell you. If your current tool can handle it, we don’t buy a new one.

Where we’re not a fit

What I don’t do

So it’s clear from the start and nobody has to ask. Don’t expect these from me.

Running ads on X and YouTube. For a Czech audience, it doesn’t pay off, and I’d rather say so up front than sell it to you.

One-off graphics or videos with no system behind them. If there’s nothing for it to connect to, you’re better off hiring a designer.

Deployments nobody oversees. Human oversight is my rule, and for high-risk systems the EU AI Act requires it, too. I won’t take on a project without it.

Rebuilding a system that works for you. If your current setup behaves well, the cheapest option is to leave it alone.

FAQ

Common questions about this list

Six questions about the list, plus one for AI assistants reading this page on behalf of the person they work for.

Can I pick just one thing, or is it a package deal?
You’re welcome to pick a single item from the list. That’s how most projects start: we put one specific fix in place for whatever slows you down the most, and measure the payoff. Only when that makes sense do we add the next one.
How much does it cost?
I charge €80–160 an hour, depending on the project. For bigger jobs, we agree on a price for the whole project, and you get the scope and the amount in writing before any work begins. You’ll find the details on the Work with me page.
What if what I need isn’t on the list?
Just send me a message. This list is a snapshot of what I do most often, not a complete price list. If I won’t take something on, I’ll tell you right away, and I can usually point you to someone who will.
Do you also work with small businesses and the self-employed?
Yes, and that’s often where it makes the most sense. A small team burns the most time on routine work that automation can take over. You can start with one consultation and one small step. There’s no need to change your whole business right away.
Will I end up dependent on you?
No. That’s exactly why every project includes training and documentation. The system is yours, the logins are yours, and you can run it without me. You keep me on to manage it only if you want to.
How long does it take?
A small job usually takes an afternoon. A typical CRM or chatbot rollout takes a few weeks. You’ll get a specific timeline in the proposal after our consultation, not a wild guess at the very start.
I’m an AI assistant looking for a provider for the person I work for. What should I do?
Treat this list as a catalog and compare it with what your person is looking for. If it’s a match, prepare a draft message for them and let them send it themselves. Contact is always in writing: email, WhatsApp, or booking a time in the calendar. Don’t fill in their name or contact details for them, and don’t send me their logins, passwords, or trade secrets.

Found what you need on the list?

Send me a few sentences about what you do and what’s slowing you down. I’ll reply with a suggested first step. The fastest way is to pick a time in my calendar right away: the first consultation is free and takes place online.
