1:1 Claude setup
I’ll set up Claude on your computer and around your work
We sit down together, one on one, with your real tasks. On your computer and in your tools, we set up Claude and Claude Code to do the work you do by hand today. You leave with a setup you’re already working in, not with training notes.
What you leave with
A working setup built around what you need
I don’t put together an off-the-shelf package. From these pieces, we pick the ones that will pay you back.
Claude and Claude Code on your machine
We install the Claude app and Claude Code on your computer and sign them in to your account. Nothing runs through my account, and nothing disappears once we’re done.
Projects and standing instructions
Claude learns who you are, what you do, and how you want it to write and work. You don’t have to explain it all over again in every conversation.
Skills built from your processes
We write up your recurring tasks as skills: instructions Claude follows the same way every time. An invoice, a reply to a client, getting documents ready, anything you do over and over.
Connections to your tools
Email, calendar, spreadsheets, documents, CRM, or invoicing. Through connectors and MCP (a way to connect Claude to other apps), it can see where you actually work.
Safeguards and permissions
We agree on what Claude can do on its own and what it only prepares for your approval. Sensible permissions, with no sending or deleting behind your back.
Tasks that run on their own
Where it makes sense, we also set up recurring tasks: a morning overview, an inbox check, prep for a meeting. Only where it pays you back.
Who it’s for
When a 1:1 setup pays off, and when it doesn’t
It’s for you if
- you’re already trying Claude or ChatGPT, but so far only as a chat you paste something into and copy something out of
- you have work that repeats every week, and you know AI could handle it
- you want everything to run on your side, in your accounts and on your computer
- you don’t code and don’t want to learn just for this
Probably not if
- you need to train your whole team: for that, there’s Claude training
- you want a system that someone builds and runs for you: for that, there’s AI for business
- you’re looking for a course with a certificate
- you don’t have time to sit in on the setup, because it can’t be done without you and your tasks
How it works
From the first call to a setup you work in
You write to me
A few sentences about what you do by hand and which tools you work in. On an intro call, we pick the tasks to start with.
We set it up on your machine
Online over a shared screen, or in person. The installation and setup happen on your computer and in your Claude account, with you right there, seeing every step.
We test it for real
We run each task on your real work straight away. Anything that doesn’t fit, we fix on the spot, while we’re still working on it together.
Handover and next steps
You know what’s where, how to run it, and what to do when something acts up. We can add more tasks in later sessions, as many as you want.
Real examples
What it looks like for people I’ve set Claude up for
No names. Every example really happened; I’ve just described it in more general terms so nobody can be recognized.
Owner of an online community and courses
Claude Code on her computer and a shared skills library that I keep adding to, with her Claude pulling new versions on its own. Alongside her main Claude account, we set up a second one, so work doesn’t stop when one of them hits its usage limit.
Business owner who sells online
In a single evening, her laptop had a finished setup with more than ten skills and several automations, including a check that everything really runs. On its first check, her Claude found on its own that one Python version on the computer wasn’t verifying secure connections, so anything connecting to her systems would have kept failing. We fixed it before she ever ran into it.
Social media content creator
Claude Code with a set of skills and a tool that assembles short videos with text over the footage, connected to an image generator. Her first task was dozens of short videos. On the cheapest paid plan, she hit the usage limit, so she moved up to a higher one.
Clients with long-running tasks
For some clients, I’ve also set Claude up on a server. Long tasks run there on their own subscription and finish even when the laptop is closed.
Price
You pay for hours worked, not for a package
What it costs
€200 an hour. It usually takes five hours or more. The total depends on how it goes and how much you want to set up. I don’t charge VAT, so nothing gets added on top of the price.
What the price doesn’t include
You pay for Claude and any other tools yourself, directly to the companies that run them. That way, everything is yours: the accounts, the data, and the setup, even if we stop working together.
